About the event

This free webinar is for Early Years Practitioners working across North London in Finchley, Highgate and Hampstead. Find out how using music across your curriculum can benefit every child in your care.

Two of North London Music Therapy's HCPC-registered music therapists will take you through a practical series of strategies to help you use music across the Early Years curriculum, improving communication, developing language and encouraging social skills. Find out:

- What music therapy is

- How music helps with communication, language and social skills

- What music therapy looks and sounds like, with examples from sessions

- How to use music with every child in your provision

- How to access musical support for your cohort

NLMT work across London, using music as part of therapy for children with or waiting for a diagnosis of autism or ADHD, and with all children with EHCPs. Through our partnership with Music as Therapy International we provide teaching for their Interactive Music Making course, aimed at Early Years Practitioners wanting to provide music for all the children they work with.
